Orders

When you place an order through our webshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. The agreement becomes final once you receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding.

Payment

Payments are processed through our payment provider Mollie. Orders are processed after payment has been received.

Delivery

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the shipping service.

We charge shipment cost for small orders. These shipment costs are waived for orders above 25,- €. Unfortunately, the shipment cost for deliveries outside of the European Union are very high. We therefore require a minimum order of two books when delivering outside of the European Union.

Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Products must be returned unused and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Use

All products (PDF downloads and printed books) are provided for your personal use only. PDF downloads are licensed, not sold. You’re welcome to print your PDFs and use them on your own devices. Please don’t copy, share, upload, or distribute any part of the PDFs or books to others, whether for free or for payment.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage or damage resulting from improper use of products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy statement.
